On Friday June 13, 2008, we said goodbye to our good friend Willy. He had been slowing down in his old age, but seemed to be in reasonably good health. On Thursday, however, he began to have troubles walking comfortably and spent the day sleeping in my dads truck (his favorite hangout). By Friday morning, he was having considerable difficulty moving on his own and we took him to the vet to be checked. At the vets, tumors on his liver, pancreas, and left shoulder were found. Cancer was suspected and he was getting worse by the hour. He was in considerable pain by this point and the decision was made to put him to sleep rather than prolong his life a few more short days. After spending a tear filled hour with Willy at the vets, he went to sleep peacefully for the last time with all of us surrounding him. Thank you for the 13 wonderful years Willy, we already miss you terribly.

:( sorry Tim. He was such a cool dog. He was like a good ol' pal to everyone.
So sorry to hear about your dog. It's hard to lose a friend.
Brent had a really hard time when we lost our dog, but 5 days latter he went out and bought a puppy and he's been happy ever since.
