Lost & Found Pictures

Nope! He's not here yet...I think he'll be late (or as Tim says "he'll be just on time because he'll come when he's ready"). In the meantime, I found some old pictures that I thought might hold over some of my family members until we get to post pictures of our little guy. Enjoy!

Every year my family comes into town to ski the "gnar gnar pow pow" (as Tim says) and we've started this tradition of fonduing (not sure if that's a word, but oh well) at our house. We pull out all of the stops and get the best chocolate and the most yummy things to dip into it. Can't wait to see everyone in a few weeks.
I found this picture of Gus when he was a wee little guy. His shirt says "Sniff and Scratch". Very appropriate for our Gus man.
The sibs up in Park City. Back in the day when I had blonde hair.
And now I leave you with a typical siting of Timothy. He frequently falls asleep with a book (a boring one at that) on his chest. AND...dare I mention that he does math problems in church. I'll look over and he's deep in thought and using the program to work out his equations. Then he says something like, "when I'm in church I feel like I can think clearly and things just come to me so I have to write them down." Silly kid! We're excited for him to be done real soon, hopefully this summer some time.

Birthday Boys & 39 Weeks!

Tug turned 3 on December 24th and Gus turned the bratty 4 on January 5th (Gus shares a birthday with Tim's BFF-Ben). So...for their birthdays Tim decided to bake them a scrumptious cake. No worries, it was a dog friendly cake recipe we found online. It had carrots and peanut butter and was topped off nicely with a whipped cottage cheese frosting. It actually looked and smelled pretty good.
After letting the dogs lick the bowl, we put the cake on the floor and let them have at it. At first they were a little confused because we don't normally let them eat this way, but after they took their first bites they were hooked.
I can't believe I've made it to 39 weeks! We've been horrible at taking pictures, so my co-worker coaxed me into taking some. I never know how to pose for said pictures. Plus, this hairdo has become quite the constant look for me.

We are so excited for this little one to arrive we can hardly stand it. I know you can never feel ready enough for this life changing event, but we really feel like we are ready for this change. BRING IT ON! (ok I know I'll be eating my words when I'm waking up every 2 hours with the little peanut, but oh well).

Progression!

On Tuesday of this past week I had my weekly doctor appointment.  Much to my surprise "things" are moving.  My doc even suggested in a jokingly manner (I hope) that he might even see me this weekend.  EEEEK!  So we'll keep you posted on further updates, but as for right now I'm still hoping that he stays put for at least another 2 weeks.  :)
