Grandma Wade comes to town

While Grandma was in town we visited the aquarium with our friends...

...walked through the botanical gardens (of which had a fun maze with ginormous sculptures of ants and pumpkins to sit and walk through...so fun!)...

...we also flew our kite a couple of times when the wind allowed...

...we did a lot of snuggling...

...and we showed Grandma the cool narrows of the Tent Rocks hike.

I just love Graham in the picture below. His little gummy smile is too much!

It's never a dull moment when Grandma Wade comes into town. Thanks for coming Mom-- we already miss you.

In other news-- this little peanut is ALMOST pulling up to a standing position. He's also getting little tufts of curls on the sides. PHEW-- for a moment there-- I thought he would be bald forever. ;) I probably won't be posting for the next two weeks because I really should be packing our stuff back into boxes. We are moving into a house not too far from where we already are so the next little while is going to be busy.

I hate these photos. It looks like it's so warm there. I don't know why you complained about NM because the weather seems so nice down there. Can you tell I'm dying to get outside and sick of being inside. Looks like Grandma Wade was able to have lots of fun down there. I want to see photos of this house. Did you buy or rent?

Graham is so cute in his sunglasses. I hope he's keeping those chubby thighs.

Love your post and update. Love the little "wings" of hair on Graham. Love his smile. Love Miles' cute personality that shows in his eyes and in each picture. Love the fabulous Grandma time and looking forward to mine. Can't wait to see you all. Counting the days.......21!
